Job summary

The NRP Group LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Terrace at Walnut Creek. You will oversee all maintenance activities, ensure curb appeal, and respond to service requests while coordinating with the Community Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; CFC Universal Certification; sufficient knowledge to thoroughly complete maintenance assessment.
• At least 5+ years of experience maintenance and repair for apartment communities.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Yardi Experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation for essential job functions.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee maintenance of the community; schedule preventive maintenance.
• Maintain records for required reporting and record keeping.
• Walk the property daily to uphold curb appeal and safety.
• Coordinate apartment turns and renovations.
• Monitor operating expenses and suggest cost-saving strategies.
• Manage inventory and purchases; keep an accurate log of supplies.
• Coordinate contracted services; solicit bids and track invoices.
• Complete service requests and turnovers per policy.
• Supervise use of major tools and equipment.
• Notify Community Managers of safety or maintenance needs.
• Conduct monthly safety meetings and training; ensure equipment readiness.
