Job summary

The NRP Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Terrace at Walnut Creek. You will oversee all maintenance activities, coordinate repairs, and ensure curb appeal and safety across the community.

Robust leadership and hands-on experience are essential to meet resident needs and budget targets. You will lead preventative maintenance, manage inventory, and supervise contractors, with a focus on quality and timely service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with CFC Universal Certification.
• 5+ years of maintenance and repair experience in apartment communities.
• Strong computer skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office and Yardi preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee maintenance of the community.
• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and janitorial services.
• Maintain records for required reporting per NRP policy.
• Walk property daily to uphold curb appeal and safety.
• Coordinate apartment turns and renovations; manage contractor work.
