Job summary

NRP Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor at Terrace at Walnut Creek to oversee all maintenance of the community. You will direct maintenance staff, coordinate preventative tasks, and ensure safety and curb appeal while managing budgets and vendor contracts.

You will lead team meetings, train staff, and handle resident requests. The role requires 5+ years in maintenance and strong knowledge of property operations and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CFC Universal Certification preferred.
• Experience maintaining apartment communities is required or preferred.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee maintenance of the community.
• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance and inspections.
