Job summary

The NRP Group LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance at the apartment community under the direction of the Community Manager. You will supervise maintenance staff, ensure curb appeal, respond to service requests, and help manage safety and budgets.

Required is a high school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant experience; a CFC certification is preferred, along with strong computer skills and Yardi familiarity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• CFC Universal Certification preferred.
• 5+ years of maintenance/repair experience in apartment communities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Yardi experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all aspects of maintenance for the community.
• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance and inspections.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting per policy.
• Walk property daily to uphold curb appeal and safety.
• Coordinate apartment turns and renovations.
• Manage inventory and supplier relationships; track invoices.
