Job summary

Linara Apartment Homes is seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance HVAC to oversee maintenance needs across our San Antonio, TX community. You will lead a team, handle HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues, and coordinate turnover repairs to deliver market-ready apartments.

The role requires prior maintenance leadership, EPA HVAC certification, and reliable transportation. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule with rotating emergency weekends and a focus on resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• HVAC systems maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Experience supervising a maintenance team.
• Knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
• EPA HVAC certification required.
• Reliable transportation and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and complete residential service requests in a timely manner.
• Resolve HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues.
• Prepare vacants for market-ready status through turnover repairs.
• Maintain grounds and common areas and provide excellent resident service.

Linara Apartment Homes is now hiring for an experienced Lead Maintenance HVAC in San Antonio, TX.

Duties:

• Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner
• Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair
• Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
• Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service

Requirements

• Previous apartment maintenance experience required
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, general electrical.
• HVAC (EPA) Certification required
• Reliable, organized, and solution-oriented
• Must have reliable transportation
• This is a Monday to Friday schedule with rotating emergency weekends.
