Job summary

The NRP Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all physical aspects of the apartment community under the Community Manager. You will coordinate maintenance, schedule turns, manage inventories, and ensure safety and curb appeal across properties.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in maintenance for apartment communities, CFC certification, and strong computer skills; responsibilities include budgeting, vendor coordination, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; CFC Universal Certification preferred.
• 5+ years of maintenance/repair experience in apartment communities.
• Knowledge of safety policies and OSHA guidelines; strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all maintenance aspects of the community.
• Schedule preventative maintenance, inspections, and janitorial services.
• Manage inventory, budgets, and vendor bids for capital improvements.
• Respond to service requests promptly with a focus on curb appeal and safety.
• Supervise use of tools and equipment; maintain safety training records.
