Qualifications

• Ability to take direction and complete tasks on time.

Responsibilities

• Complete tenant work requests daily within time frames.
• Perform unit turns and rehabs, including fixtures and basic repairs.
• Maintain order at workstations and manage basic inventory.
• Adhere to safety procedures and maintain clean work areas.
• Provide courteous resident service and respond to maintenance requests.
