Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years of apartment community experience.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and perform service requests within established time frames (electrical, plumbing, paint, repairs).
• Complete make-ready process for vacant units and monitor turnover times.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of property grounds and common areas.
• Demonstrate positive interactions with residents and team members.
• Be available for on-call after-hours emergencies as required.
