Interstate Equities Corporation (IEC) is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a 135-unit apartment community in Livermore, CA. The role requires supervisory maintenance experience, strong communication, and availability for after-hours emergencies, including weekends. On-site work includes unit turns, repairs, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of supervisory maintenance and/or facilities experience.
• Ability to take direction and complete tasks on time.
• On-call availability for after-hours emergencies, including weekends.
• Customer service oriented.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Basic computer skills.
• Renovation and janitorial experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete tenant work requests daily within established timeframes.
• Perform unit turns and rehabs, including fixtures and doors.
• Maintain order at workstations and manage basic supplies.
• Ensure safety procedures and proper housekeeping.
• Keep property grounds and common areas clean.
• Provide courteous resident interactions and resolve maintenance issues.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as needed.
