IEC Property Services Corporation seeks a proactive Community Manager for a 150-unit apartment community in Fremont, CA. You will direct day-to-day property operations, coordinate maintenance, leasing, and vendor relations to meet business goals, while upholding company culture.

The role requires strong customer service, leasing skill, and knowledge of California laws; compensation includes base salary plus commissions and a bonus program eligibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of multi-family property management experience.
• Knowledge of California property laws and local regulations.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to prepare reports and proposals and present information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Market and lease apartments in compliance with fair housing laws.
• Pre-lease units and manage a waitlist of prospects.
• Provide high level customer service and resident engagement.
• Collect and deposit rent using standard software.
• Oversee maintenance staff and vendor relationships; manage budgets.
• Ensure smooth operations and reporting to Regional Manager.
• Maintain organized unit and lease files and records.
• Respond to resident requests promptly and courteously.
