Interstate Equities Corporation (IEC) is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our Fremont, California community. This on-site role oversees maintenance staff, handles urgent repairs, and coordinates unit turns while ensuring safety and resident satisfaction.

You will manage daily work orders, inventory, and on-call emergencies with a team-focused approach. The position offers hourly pay ($38.25–$45) and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of supervisory maintenance or facilities experience.
• Able to work on-call for after-hours emergencies, including weekends.
• Must have valid driver's license.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete tenant work requests daily within established timeframes.
• Perform unit turns, rehabs, and basic repairs.
• Manage inventory of light bulbs, paint, and supplies.
• Maintain safe, clean work areas and comply with safety procedures.
• Provide courteous resident service and handle maintenance inquiries.
• Coordinate ad-hoc assignments as needed.
