Job summary

Greystar seeks a maintenance professional to ensure the Maddox South End community meets high standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality. You will handle resident work orders, perform routine upkeep, and support make-ready tasks for leasing readiness.

Located in Charlotte, NC, the role requires basic tools, a strong customer-service approach, and adherence to Greystar safety policies. Onsite work with comprehensive benefits is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or related experience and training.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• Own hand tools and safe use of tools and equipment.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively.
• Valid driver's license to operate equipment on site.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose defects and perform repairs per safety standards and code requirements.
• Oversee make-ready process for vacant units and coordinate punch items.
• Maintain grounds, exteriors, interiors to Greystar standards.
• Inspect work by team members and contractors for quality and compliance.
• Participate in safety meetings and maintain OSHA compliance.
