Related Affordable is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for The Lakewoods, a 417-unit affordable housing community in Dayton, Ohio. The role requires overseeing maintenance staff, ensuring unit turns and service requests meet standards, and coordinating with the Community Manager on budgeting and on-call coverage.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in maintenance, a background in HVAC/plumbing/electrical, and a willingness to work weekends and emergencies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in general maintenance.
• Schedule flexibility including weekends and on-call rotation.
• 2+ years of direct supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with Real Page One Site or similar property management software preferred.
• Strong skills in HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and electrical/appliance repairs.
• General knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Affordable housing experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Direct maintenance staff and ensure resident service quality.
• Manage scheduling and execution of service requests.
• Inspect property systems and address safety issues.
• Oversee on-call emergency maintenance scheduling.
• Support budgeting discussions with the Community Manager.
• Ensure vacant unit turns meet established standards.
