Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• 2+ years of hands-on industrial/mechanical maintenance experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; CMMS experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance technicians and assign daily work orders.
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs and drive continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment to support production uptime.
• Train and mentor team members on safety and best practices.
• Ensure accurate reporting and clear shift-to-shift communication.
• Support equipment installations and coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Partner with production to resolve issues and improve efficiency.
• Enforce safety, GMP compliance, and maintain organized work areas.
