Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair Insulated Metal Panel (IMP) line equipment and facility systems, ensuring safe, continuous operation.

The role demands hands-on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, independent work on off-shift, and collaboration with production teams to minimize downtime. CMMS experience and PLC basics are preferred, with safety responsibilities and documentation required.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with continuous production lines (IMP, roll forming, laminating, or similar).
• Ability to work independently on off-shift and manage time effectively.
• Sufficient knowledge of PLCs and control systems; CMMS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting on IMP production line equipment.
• Execute scheduled preventive maintenance and identify improvements for reliability.
• Work independently during 2nd shift, create and close work orders as needed.
• Support production line startups, changeovers, and operational adjustments.
• Follow safety procedures (LOTO, PPE) and document activities.
