Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to maintain all production equipment and plant facilities in proper working condition for maximum productivity while meeting safety regulations. The role includes 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) with a $30-plus shift differential and opportunities to contribute to GMP/SQF compliance.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Welding, PLC knowledge and electrical system experience required.
• Experience with Flexographic printing presses and bag/pouch machines is preferred.
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours per shift and to lift 50–100 lbs.
• Must follow safety guidelines and GMP/SQF requirements.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with production staff and supervisors about equipment problems.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical equipment and control circuits.
• Install, start up and shut down equipment following safety procedures.
• Coordinate with vendors for installation of new equipment and parts.
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on plant equipment and systems.
• Maintain maintenance records and assist/train others as needed.
