Job summary

Algood Food Company in Lawrenceburg, KY is seeking a Night Shift Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team and ensure production uptime. You will plan schedules, mentor technicians, coordinate with production and vendors, and enforce safety standards. Experience with ERP, PLCs, and industrial controls is preferred.

The role requires strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with responsibilities across safety, equipment, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred with manufacturing focus.
• CRE, CMRP or ARP certifications preferred.
• 3–5 years of related experience in manufacturing with strong mechanical/industrial skills.
• ERP experience and knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, and automated controls desirable.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare work schedules, assign tasks and oversee outcomes.
• Mentor, coach and counsel maintenance staff.
• Monitor safety, OSHA/NEC compliance and clean work areas.
• Coordinate with Production Supervisor to minimize downtime and plan PMs.
• Engage with vendors for parts and provide technical guidance.
• Maintain and update PMs and communicate weekly maintenance plans.
