Job summary

Sibelco Delavan is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team and drive reliability across plant equipment. You will troubleshoot complex systems and ensure work orders are properly closed in SAP, while coordinating technicians and contractors to keep critical assets running safely and efficiently.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, root-cause analysis, and adherence to safety standards within a permanent, on-site setting at our Delavan facility in Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and conveyor systems.
• Lead and coordinate internal technicians and third-party contractors.
• Plan, schedule, and execute preventive & corrective maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and conveyor systems.
• Ensure maintenance work orders are accurate, prioritized, and properly closed in SAP.
• Manage the plant preventive maintenance program.
• Lead and coordinate internal technicians and third-party contractors.
• Plan, schedule, and execute preventive & corrective maintenance.
• Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.
