Scope of Job: This position is responsible for planning and managing the day-to-day maintenance (equipment, people, materials, and systems) to efficiently, safely and cost effectively achieve performance targets. Coach, mentor, and develop team members to meet current and future business requirements. Champion and lead change initiatives and continuous improvement efforts. Implements standard procedures to monitor equipment for performance, safety, and effectiveness. Coordinates resources for troubleshooting equipment repairs. Reviews and supports equipment failure analysis and troubleshooting resolutions. Monitors work orders to ensure accuracy and quality. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional areas under supervision.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
Education: Technical degree required, Bachelor’s degree .
Experience: 3-5 years related experience and/or technical or vocational training or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment required.
