Qualifications

• Trade certification or licensure in maintenance, HVAC/R, electrical, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in facilities maintenance or building operations.
• Technical expertise in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire life safety.
• On-call emergency response and flexible scheduling available.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, environmental compliance, and safety training.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate mobile equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC/R, electrical, and building systems.
• Conduct daily inspections of critical systems to ensure uptime and safety.
• Respond to service requests, coordinating with contractors and vendors.
• Manage building management systems and monitor IAQ, temp control, and energy conservation.
• Oversee restroom sanitation, floor care, waste removal, and housekeeping operations.
• Maintain documentation of maintenance activities and spare parts inventory.
• Ensure compliance with environmental health and safety regulations and fire life safety.
