Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for an entry-level role on the second shift (3:00pm–11:30pm) Tuesday to Saturday at our North Randall, OH site.

You will support operation, inspection and light maintenance of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, with growth opportunities in the engineering field. Responsibilities include assisting with repairs, completing work orders in CMMS, and maintaining safe, organized work sites under supervision.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of related work experience in repair, maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical or carpentry.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfort using ladders up to 30 feet tall.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the engineering team in maintenance and repair of building and equipment.
• Perform general maintenance including carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing and/or painting.
• Complete assigned work orders in CMMS and maintain service documentation.
• Maintain tools, parts, equipment and supplies in clean and safe conditions.
• Work closely under the direction of Operating Engineers and Chief Engineers.
• Participate in ongoing technical, safety, and operational training programs.
• Support on-call or emergency response situations.
