Job summary

CSC Management in El Paso, TX is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance team and ensure a clean, safe living environment for residents. You will lead maintenance techs, coordinate with vendors, and work with the Community Manager on larger projects.

Candidates must have at least 3 years in property maintenance and hold HVAC and CPO certifications. This role requires on-call availability and a 40-hour workweek with potential weekend duties.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in property maintenance or equivalent field.
• HVAC certification and CPO certification are required.
• 40 hours per week; weekends on-call as needed.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance tasks personally and delegates to assistants; oversees assistant work.
• Manages resident service requests; completes work orders within 24 hours where possible.
• Schedules maintenance staff with the manager for 24/7 emergency coverage.
• Conducts safety meetings; maintains SDS and OSHA/Hazmat compliance.
• Keeps property in good repair and promptly addresses hazards.
• Maintains records of preventive maintenance, work orders, expenditures, and status.
