You will perform maintenance across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and facility systems, schedule routine tasks, and supervise assistants to keep grounds and amenities in top condition; weekend/on-call work and safety trainings are part of the role.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or GED.
• 3 years property maintenance experience.
• Ability to work weekends and pass background check and drug screen.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain clean, safe, and well-maintained living environments for residents and staff.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance tasks.
• Inspect and repair gates, lighting, fixtures, and common areas.
• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance and coordinate with managers.
• Provide safety-first maintenance and assist in supervising maintenance staff.
