Job summary

Acro Service Corp. seeks a Maintenance Supervisor for a 1-year contract on W2 to lead a 24/7 maintenance team in a manufacturing environment.

You will oversee preventive maintenance, troubleshoot complex equipment, and drive reliability improvements across mechanical, electrical, and automation systems. The role requires strong leadership, safety discipline, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet KPIs and budget targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of maintenance execution, planning, or scheduling experience in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• Experience leading maintenance technicians in multi-shift environments.
• Experience with CMMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, Fiix, Maximo, UpKeep).
• Strong understanding of BOMs, task lists, and work auditing.
• Experience with time/attendance systems (Kronos, ADP).
• Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and reliability initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 24/7 maintenance team across multiple shifts.
• Optimize work order assignment and execution; ensure safety and quality workmanship.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans for production and facilities.
• Provide technical guidance for mechanical, electrical, controls, and automation systems.
• Lead root-cause analysis and implement countermeasures using Lean tools.
• Maintain documentation in SAP for work orders, inspections, and audits.
• Enforce safety, GMP, and regulatory requirements; drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with production, engineering, safety, and quality to improve uptime and reliability.
