Job summary

Acro Service Corp. seeks a Maintenance Supervisor for our Cincinnati, OH facility on a 2-month W2 contract. You will lead a team of mechanics and electricians, focus on equipment reliability, and drive safety improvements while coordinating with Maintenance and Operations leadership.

The role offers growth into leadership or planning/scheduling paths. The role requires strong problem-solving, SAP and MS Office proficiency, and the ability to work a 13-hour 2-2-3 onsite shift.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of related maintenance experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience leading and motivating a team
• Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office
• On-site, 13-hour shift (2-2-3 schedule)

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of mechanics and electricians to perform preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with Maintenance and Operations Managers to implement reliability improvements.
• Report to Maintenance Manager and support career growth into planner/scheduler.
• Work onsite on a 13-hour shift with a 2-2-3 schedule.
