Acuity Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of production machinery and facility equipment. You will supervise the Maintenance Department, coordinate with contracted vendors, and drive safety and efficiency across the plant.

Required: 5+ years in a leadership role in manufacturing, 6+ years manufacturing experience, and a high school diploma; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Domestic travel up to 5% may be required.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred for leadership roles.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain security and safety of all contractors. Direct activity of outside contractors on location.
• Coordinate hazard reporting with contractors and project engineers.
• Review new process plans to determine equipment needs, layout, and procedures.
• Maintain production machinery and facility equipment in high readiness.
• Ensure pollution control equipment and emissions compliance through maintenance and inspections.
• Ensure maintenance staff has up-to-date knowledge and skills for equipment readiness.
• Minimize energy consumption by developing and implementing new methods.
• Manage a maintenance workforce of 14-18 direct reports for 24/7 operation.
• Enforce safety policies to comply with OSHA rules and regulations.
