We are seeking an experienced and motivated Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at our newest lease-up community, Sylo Apartments in Zionsville.

Key Responsibilities

1. Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance, carpentry, painting, and motor systems
2. Manage emergency maintenance on-call rotation (~1 week/month)
3. Minimize unit turnover time and follow preventative maintenance protocols
4. Handle Resident service requests promptly and courteously
5. Maintain a safe, organized workshop and manage inventory levels
6. Adhere to budget guidelines, process invoices, and maintain records
7. Participate in capital improvements and project management
8. Deliver exceptional customer service and establish rapport with residents
9. Coordinate with contractors and inspect work to ensure quality
