• Lead & Inspire: Supervise and mentor our maintenance team, ensuring they perform their duties efficiently and effectively.
• Hands-On Maintenance: Engage in a variety of tasks, from fixing appliances to maintaining grounds. Be the go-to person for maintenance issues!
• Problem Solver: Address maintenance issues promptly and creatively to keep our property in top condition.
• Team Player: Collaborate with other departments and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Organized & Efficient: Keep detailed records of service requests, manage inventory, and ensure policy compliance.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum of three years in a maintenance management role.
• Proficiency in HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry. Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• HVAC/CFC certification preferred.
• A positive, energetic attitude with a great sense of humor. A role model who sets high standards and motivates the team.
• Physical ability to handle tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds and working in various weather conditions.
• Willingness to work on-call and participate in snow removal. Compensation includes hourly pay and potential overtime.
