Position Responsibilities:

• Maintain preventive and predictive maintenance programs, conduct failure and root cause analysis
• Ensure a safe work environment by hosting safety meetings, ensuring safety compliance, conducting shop safety inspections, and enforcing lock-out/tag-out procedures
• Maintain equipment and plant to meet company standards
• Complete service calls and machinery repairs in a timely manner, support mechanics with troubleshooting
• Perform other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of related experience and 0-1+ years of supervisory experience, or High School Diploma or Technical School Certification with 6+ years of specific experience and 1-2+ years of supervisory experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Electrical Certification, Vocational Certification, or Bachelor’s Degree
