What You’ll Do
  • Drive Proactive Maintenance: Develop and execute preventative maintenance schedules to ensure high asset reliability and minimize downtime.
  • Lead & Support the Team: Schedule workloads, assign stations, and provide technicians with the tools, guidance, and resources they need to excel.
  • Ensure Safety First: Oversee site safety standards, ensuring full compliance with OSHA guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage Resources & Budgets: Direct replacement parts inventory, track expenditure, and keep maintenance operations running cost-effectively.
  • Partner on Key Projects: Participate in capital improvement initiatives and report operational progress to business leadership.
What We’re Looking For
  • Technical Expertise: Hands-on knowledge of electrical systems, hydraulics, building operations, and the ability to read schematics and blueprints.
  • strong Leadership: Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to organize, motivate, and direct a diverse team.
  • Safety & Standards Mindset: Deep understanding of OSHA regulations and site safety best practices.

salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities
  • Operations & Safety: Organize and direct maintenance activities for equipment and building systems, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and OSHA standards across all project sites.
  • Inspection & Maintenance: Perform regular inspections to identify issues and recommend remedial measures. Develop and implement maintenance planning and schedule PMs for a proactive approach to asset maintenance.
  • Workload & Team Management: Prepare maintenance schedules, assign repair workloads to technicians, and ensure tools and equipment are available to complete tasks.
  • Inventory & Budget: Manage replacement parts and supplies inventory. Track expenditures and manage the maintenance budget.
  • Projects & Reporting: Participate in capital project implementation and draft/present maintenance reports to the Operations Manager and leadership.
