  • Production Readiness: Calibrate, inspect, and set up continuous manufacturing machinery prior to production runs to guarantee maximum safety and yield.
  • System Support: Troubleshoot basic control system issues, log work orders, and maintain up-to-date technical documentation.
What You Bring to the Floor
  • Experience: 2+ years of hands-on electromechanical maintenance experience within an active industrial manufacturing environment.
  • Technical Toolkit: strong foundation in mechanical systems (hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes), industrial electrical controls, schematics, and machine safety standards.
  • Software Savvy: Direct experience utilizing a CMMS for preventative maintenance tracking, alongside basic MS Office skills.
  • Operational Mindset: Sharp analytical troubleshooting skills, an uncompromising focus on Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) safety protocols, and a collaborative spirit.
  • Physical Capability: Ability to stand/walk for extended shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and navigate industrial ladders, platforms, and tight machinery enclosures.
