AppleOne Employment Services is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Delaware County, Media, to plan and oversee maintenance programs. This role involves managing in-house technicians and contractors, ensuring safety inspections, and coordinating maintenance activities.
The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of maintenance experience, knowledge of building systems, and a high school diploma or equivalent. The position offers opportunities to develop schedules and manage maintenance operations efficiently.
The Maintenance Supervisor plans, prioritizes, coordinates, and supervises all tasks related to the maintenance program. The Maintenance Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the maintenance department and is responsible for the selection, oversight and management of in‑house technicians and various contractors performing preventative maintenance and repair tasks at buildings constructed, owned, maintained, or operated by the Company. The Maintenance Supervisor provides technical guidance and assists with planning and coordinating with building improvements and renovations.
