Qualifications

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum five years of independent maintenance planning experience.
• Welding and metal fabrication experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and assemble parts lists.
• Experience with hydraulic systems and precision measuring tools, including micrometers, calipers, tape measures, and rulers.
• Good math and measurement skills, along with basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office programs.

• Knowledge of OSHA environmental, safety, and health rules and regulations.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely use hand tools, welders, and rigging equipment.
• Ability to perform hands‑on repairs, installations, and preventive maintenance throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced industrial environment addressing both planned and unplanned equipment needs.
