Bull Moose Tube, located in Casa Grande, Arizona, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead plant maintenance processes. This role involves ensuring safe practices, managing repairs, and developing maintenance procedures.

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading the plant maintenance processes and operations while ensuring safe work practices. Additional responsibilities include maintaining machinery, planning and managing all repair and installation activities, and developing maintenance procedures to ensure working standards are met. The Maintenance Supervisor also maintains, manages, prioritizes and reports all daily work orders including labor and parts, working through our computerized maintenance management system on a daily basis. The Maintenance Supervisor also manages the performance of the Maintenance team, providing coaching, feedback and development plans.
