Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum five years of independent maintenance planning experience.
• Welding and metal fabrication experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and assemble parts lists.
• Experience with hydraulic systems and precision measurement tools.
• Good math and basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Experience supervising maintenance technicians and coordinating repair timelines.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain plant equipment and perform repairs, installations, and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and assemble parts lists for repairs.
• Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program to minimize downtime.
• Assist in constructing new production lines and plant improvements.
• Coordinate repair timelines with production teams.
• Supervise a maintenance technician and oversee daily maintenance operations.
• Conduct safety inspections and address hazards related to production equipment.
