Job summary

gpac is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor/Technician in Parma, OH to oversee daily maintenance activities and lead a small team. You will troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and production equipment, diagnose issues, and minimize downtime while supporting production with setups and changeovers.

Responsibilities include training staff, managing work orders and parts, and ensuring compliance with OSHA and safety standards. Overtime and occasional Saturdays are required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience with electrical/mechanical equipment.
• PLC/industrial controls experience.
• Willing to work overtime and some Saturdays.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.

• Comfortable using common shop tools and performing basic fabrication.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn maintenance systems.
• Willing to work some overtime and occasional Saturdays.
