Qualifications

• Experience supervising maintenance teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to diagnose and repair production equipment.
• Maintenance experience in a metal stamping environment.
• Solid understanding of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team.
• Strong communication skills with operators and leadership.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the maintenance team to ensure safe, efficient, high-quality work.
• Oversee daily maintenance operations, preventive maintenance schedules, and equipment uptime.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Partner closely with production leadership to prioritize repairs and minimize downtime.
• Coordinate external contractors and vendors when needed.
• Support mechanical engineering projects and equipment upgrades.
• Participate in customer quality visits and represent the maintenance function professionally.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safety-focused maintenance environment.
• Track work orders, parts usage, and maintenance documentation.
