As Maintenance Lead / Supervisor, you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of day-to-day maintenance performance within a high-volume metal manufacturing operation. You'll lead by example on the production floor, coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, supporting production uptime, and providing technical direction to maintenance personnel.

What You'll Do:

• Experience maintaining stamping presses, cold heading equipment, or similar production machinery is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance, LOTO, electrical distribution, and industrial equipment repair.
• Previous supervisory or technical leadership experience, with the ability to remain hands-on on the production floor.
