Job summary

Fairfield Residential seeks a Maintenance Supervisor for Victoria Park in Woodbridge, VA, a 110-unit community. You will lead a hands-on maintenance team to keep the property safe, functional, and well-maintained, delivering strong resident service.

The role requires HVAC-EPA Type II or EPA Universal certification, a high school diploma, and 3+ years of experience. Yardi experience and a valid driver's license are also important. The position offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• HVAC-EPA Type II or EPA Universal certification required.
• CPO certification strongly preferred; associates without a CPO must obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Three or more years’ hands-on apartment or building maintenance experience.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Experience with Yardi or other property management accounting software.
• Strong knowledge of residential plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair work.
• Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English.
• A valid driver's license is required.
