Associates hired without a CPO certification will be required to obtain within 90 days of hire.* Three or more years’ hands-on apartment or building maintenance experience required.* Supervisory experience required.* Experience with Yardi or other property management accounting software.* Strong knowledge of residential plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair work.* Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English.* A valid driver's license is required.# Join Our Team!Ready to make an impact?
