The role focuses on safety, reliability, equipment performance, employee development, and operational excellence, collaborating with plant leadership to drive improvements in maintenance, production, quality, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and regulatory compliance.
• Experience utilizing Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Ability to lead teams, prioritize work, and drive results in a fast-paced industrial setting.

This individual will lead a maintenance team in a continuous manufacturing environment, with a strong focus on safety, reliability, equipment performance, employee development, and operational excellence. The role works closely with plant and operations leadership to drive improvements in maintenance, production, quality, compliance, and overall facility performance while supporting a culture of continuous improvement.
