Job summary

Fairfield is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for The Waylon Apartments & Townhomes in McKinney, TX. You will lead a maintenance team, perform repairs, and oversee safety, while managing service requests with Yardi and maintaining budgets.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of hands-on experience, HVAC certification, and a valid driver’s license. On-site residents may receive a 100% apartment allowance; comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• HVAC-EPA (Type II) or EPA Universal certification is required.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification is required.
• Three or more years' hands-on apartment or building maintenance experience required.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Experience with Yardi or other property management accounting software.
• Strong knowledge of residential plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair work.
• Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English.
• A valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

About the Role

What You'll Do

Estimated Rate of Pay :

$31.44 - $40.87 This position is non-exempt; the range above reflects hourly rates.

The pay range displayed for this position is determined by skills and experience required, location and job complexity*. Potential job offers may vary based on the skills, education, and experience an individual candidate holds. This range reflects base rate only, and does not include allowances, perks, commissions or bonuses applicable to this position (if any).
