Job summary

Atrium Centers in Michigan is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance operations, supervise a team, and keep facilities safe and well-maintained for residents, families, and staff.

You will manage equipment, utilities, and building systems, respond to requests promptly, oversee schedules and budgets, and support regulatory readiness while adhering to state safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance within a healthcare or long-term care setting (preferred).
• Ability to respond to emergencies and participate in on-call coverage.
• Good working knowledge of applicable state rules and regulations.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Positive, can-do attitude with a focus on teamwork and service.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.
