Job summary

Atrium Centers Frederic Nursing & Rehabilitation Community is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance operations, keep critical systems in safe condition, and maintain a welcoming environment for residents and staff. You will oversee the maintenance team, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure compliance with applicable state rules.

The role requires experience in healthcare maintenance or long-term care, strong organizational skills, and a team-first attitude with reliable

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance within a healthcare or long-term care setting (preferred).
• Ability to respond to emergencies and participate in on-call coverage.
• Good working knowledge of applicable state rules and regulations.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Positive, can-do attitude with a focus on teamwork and service.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the facility’s daily maintenance operations and team members.
• Ensure equipment, utilities, and building systems remain in safe, working order.
• Maintain facility grounds to provide a clean, secure, and welcoming environment.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and operational needs.
• Manage supplies, maintenance schedules, and departmental budgets.
• Maintain required records and documentation for compliance and inspections.
• Support regulatory readiness and ensure adherence to state and safety standards.
• Participate in emergency response and on-call rotation as needed.
