Job summary

Atrium Centers is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations and a team within a healthcare setting. You will ensure safe, reliable building systems and coordinate grounds upkeep to sustain a welcoming environment for residents and staff.

Ideal candidates bring experience in healthcare maintenance, on-call responsiveness, and strong organizational skills. This full-time role offers competitive benefits and on-site responsibilities at our Wisconsin locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance within healthcare or long-term care settings preferred.
• Ability to respond to emergencies and participate in on-call coverage.
• Good working knowledge of applicable state rules and regulations.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the facility’s daily maintenance operations and team members
• Ensure equipment, utilities, and building systems remain in safe, working order
• Maintain facility grounds to provide a clean, secure, and welcoming environment
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and operational needs
• Manage supplies, maintenance schedules, and departmental budgets
• Maintain required records and documentation for compliance and inspections
• Support regulatory readiness and ensure adherence to state and safety standards
• Participate in emergency response and on-call rotation as needed
