Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Support the Property Manager by delegating tasks to maintenance, grounds, and cleaning teams to uphold property standards.
2. Address various residential service requests promptly and professionally.
3. Prepare vacant apartments for new tenants by executing necessary repairs.
4. Communicate unresolved issues to the Property Manager.
5. Perform on-call emergency repairs within a rotation schedule.
6. Assist in budget planning by collaborating with vendors, obtaining bids, and managing inventory.

General Requirements

1. Extensive hands-on experience in plumbing, appliances, HVAC, electrical, pool maintenance, carpentry, and exterior building repairs.
2. Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and resident retention.
3. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Experience in delegating tasks and mentoring staff, with input into budgets.
5. Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and insurance.
6. Familiarity with SDS database and safety regulations.
7. Adherence to fair housing laws, OSHA standards, and company policies (training provided).

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm, with on-call rotation.
