This is an exciting full-time position overseeing, directing, and evaluating the activities of workers engaged in the maintenance of transit vehicles and equipment. Metro's fleet includes diesel, hybrid, electric, and articulated buses. The role involves planning and maintaining work schedules according to established procedures. Employees operate independently under the supervision of Transit Maintenance Managers.
Note: Work may include evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
Employees may be eligible for loan forgiveness through the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program.

Qualifications include:
Possession of a valid Wisconsin Driver's License is required.
Must be able to stand/sit for long periods, access maintenance areas, lift up to 30 lbs with assistance, and respond to emergencies. Night and weekend work may be required. On-site work is mandatory.
