Advantage Technical is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a hands-on team in a manufacturing facility in Leola, PA. You will coordinate daily maintenance, supervise technicians, troubleshoot complex systems, and drive preventive maintenance and continuous improvement to maximize uptime.

Qualifications

• Provide coaching and technical support to maintenance personnel.
• Participate in root cause analysis and reliability improvements.
• Maintain safety, housekeeping, and maintenance documentation.
• Communicate equipment issues and priorities to leadership.

Location: Leola, PA

Pay Rate: $75,000-$85,000/year

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:00 PM (1st Shift)

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations in a manufacturing environment. This leadership role combines team development, equipment troubleshooting, preventive maintenance management, and continuous improvement initiatives to maximize production uptime and operational efficiency.

Job Duties

• Lead daily maintenance meetings and establish priorities based on production needs
• Assign, monitor, and support maintenance technicians throughout repairs and projects
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control systems
• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and minimize production downtime
• Ensure preventive maintenance tasks and work orders are completed and documented
• Coordinate maintenance activities with production teams
• Provide coaching, guidance, and technical support to maintenance personnel
• Participate in root cause analysis, reliability improvements, and capital projects
• Maintain safety standards, housekeeping, and maintenance documentation
• Communicate equipment issues, resource needs, and department priorities to leadership

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Technical school training, trade certification, or associate degree preferred
• Industrial maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment
• Strong troubleshooting skills involving electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, motors, and controls systems
• Ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
• Experience using diagnostic tools such as multimeters
• Previous maintenance lead, supervisor, or team leadership experience preferred
• Experience with CMMS software preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
