You'll oversee maintenance technicians, manage preventive maintenance, coordinate with production, and drive reliability improvements while maintaining safety and documentation. Salary ranges from $75,000 to $85,000 per year with Monday–Friday first shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical school training or associate degree preferred.
• Industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Strong troubleshooting across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and controls.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
• Experience with diagnostic tools like multimeters.
• Previous maintenance lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with CMMS software preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily maintenance meetings and set priorities based on production needs.
• Assign, monitor, and support technicians during repairs and projects.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control systems.
• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime.
• Ensure preventive maintenance tasks and work orders are completed and documented.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with production teams.
• Provide coaching and technical guidance to maintenance staff.
• Participate in root cause analysis and reliability improvements.
• Maintain safety, housekeeping, and maintenance documentation.
• Communicate equipment issues and resource needs to leadership.
