Flaherty & Collins Properties is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor at Lockerbie Lofts in Indianapolis, IN. You will lead the on-site maintenance team, oversee preventive maintenance and repairs, and ensure safe, efficient operations across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

You must hold HVAC/EPA certification, have 3+ years in maintenance (preferably multifamily), and possess prior supervisory experience. The role requires on-site work with occasional emergencies and weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• HVAC/EPA certification required or similar accredited credential.
• 3+ years in maintenance operations, preferably in multifamily housing.
• Prior supervisory or team-lead experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the property’s maintenance team to deliver timely, high-quality service.
• Oversee preventive maintenance, repairs, and inspections across systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
• Coordinate priorities with the Property Manager and address requests and projects.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure contractor work meets quality and schedule.
• Train, mentor, and develop staff; ensure safety standards across the site.
